Back in April, I took a tour of White Peak Distillery and it was amazing, so I came back again in November after completing my course in Distilling to apply my new knowledge, and it was even better! It’s a fantastic distillery I can’t wait to visit again! Special thanks to Tom Lindsey for my first tour and Sarah Mangan for my most recent tour.
